Meet Jennifer
After experiencing firsthand how stress, posture, tension, and emotional overwhelm can affect both the face and overall well-being, I began searching for a gentler and more holistic approach to facial rejuvenation.
What I discovered transformed not only my face, but also my relationship with self-care.
My passion for facial wellness led me to train with world-renowned Face Yoga pioneer Fumiko Takatsu, becoming a Certified Face Yoga Method Teacher in 2024.
Through my own journey and years of working with women, I came to understand that the face cannot be separated from the rest of the body. Stress, posture, breath, and overall well-being all play an important role in how we look and feel.
Today, I help women reconnect with confidence, self-care, and natural facial wellness through the Facial BioLift Method™.
I work with women around the world through online classes, courses, and supportive facial wellness programs.
Discovering Face Yoga
When I reached my mid-forties, I began noticing changes in my face and body. My hair was thinning, my skin had become increasingly sensitive, and wrinkles and expression lines seemed to appear almost overnight. Like many women, I no longer enjoyed having my photograph taken.
Then I remembered a Face Yoga programme I had bought a few years earlier but never completed. I wasn't interested in cosmetic procedures or treatments that required ongoing maintenance, so I decided to give it another chance.
As luck would have it, a live five-day challenge was starting just a few days later.
I signed up.
That decision changed everything.
After completing the challenge, I had what can only be described as a eureka moment. I knew I had found something special. This wasn't just about looking better—it was about feeling better.
I joined the membership and began practising every day. It was relaxing, empowering, and surprisingly enjoyable. It never felt like another task on my to-do list.

Teaching Women
The results I experienced were so encouraging that when I was offered the opportunity to join a teacher certification program a few months later, I didn't hesitate.
Teaching had always been my way of helping others grow, and now I had found a new way to do exactly that.
I wanted to help others experience what I was experiencing: the freedom to make choices about how they age, the excitement of seeing positive changes in the mirror, and the confidence that comes from knowing there are things you can do to support yourself naturally.
For years, I had accepted that ageing simply meant watching things gradually decline. Face yoga showed me that ageing does not have to be a passive experience. We can take an active role in caring for ourselves and supporting our wellbeing.
Why I Knew There Had to Be a Better Way

I fell in love with the idea of natural facial rejuvenation.
When I first discovered Face Yoga, I was fascinated by the idea that we could influence how we age naturally. It made perfect sense that, just as we strengthen and care for our bodies, we could also train the face to improve muscle tone, definition, and skin quality.
What truly inspired me were the results I saw in my own students, many of whom were in their 60s and 70s. Their transformations proved that the face can adapt and change at any age.
Then I started asking bigger questions.
As I explored the science behind facial ageing and the wider Face Yoga industry, I noticed that many approaches focused almost entirely on exercising the facial muscles—often using strong pressure and repetitive movements without first addressing tension, tissue health, or how the face functions as a whole.
The more I learned, the more I realised that lasting rejuvenation isn't created by strengthening one muscle. It's created by helping the whole facial system work together.
The research led me to a completely different way of teaching.
I began studying therapeutic approaches that restore balance before strengthening, learning how different tissues interact, how much pressure they truly need, and how each step prepares the face for the next.
The result is the Facial BioLift Method™—a gentle, structured approach designed to help the body's natural systems work together so the face can function, move, and rejuvenate more naturally.
I wasn't trying to create a new method. I was searching for a better, safer way to help women achieve lasting results.
