All Facial Lifting and Facial BioLift Method™ classes, memberships, and digital services are delivered electronically.
After purchasing a class, membership, or program, you will receive access details via email, including Zoom links, membership information, or digital resources where applicable.
Please ensure the email address provided during checkout is correct to avoid delays in receiving access information.

No physical products are currently shipped through this website.
Membership Access
Memberships renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled by the member.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to classes and membership content will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Access to classes and membership materials is provided through the Wix Members Area and email communication.
Members are responsible for ensuring their contact information and email address remain accurate and up to date.
Live Class Access
Live class access links are sent via email approximately 24 hours before each scheduled class.
All classes are offered live and are not recorded. If a member is unable to attend a scheduled class, alternative class times may be available on the same day depending on the class schedule.
Class schedules may occasionally change without prior notice. However, we aim to consistently provide three live classes on regularly scheduled class days whenever possible.
Technical Issues
Members are responsible for ensuring they have:

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the live and digital nature of our services, memberships, classes, and digital access purchases are non-refundable.
Unused classes do not roll over into future billing periods.
If a participant misses a live class, refunds or credits will not be provided. However, members may attend an alternative class time where available.
In the event of coach illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, classes may be rescheduled according to the coach’s availability.
Facial Lifting and the Facial BioLift Method™ reserve the right to modify class schedules when necessary.
