Welcome to Facial Lifting and the Facial BioLift Method™. By accessing this website, purchasing classes or memberships, or participating in our programs and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Wellness & Educational Disclaimer
The Facial BioLift Method™ and all related classes, memberships, programs, videos, workshops, and materials are provided for educational and wellness purposes only.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered medical advice.
Participation in face yoga, facial movement practices, breathwork, posture exercises, and wellness activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.
Results vary from person to person and are influenced by many individual factors including consistency, lifestyle, age, stress levels, posture habits, and overall wellbeing.
If you have any medical concerns, injuries, health conditions, recent surgeries, or are unsure whether these practices are appropriate for you, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
2. Memberships & Payments
Memberships renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled by the member.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
All purchases, memberships, live classes, and digital services are non-refundable due to the digital and live nature of the services provided.
Unused classes do not roll over into future billing periods.
3. Live Classes & Scheduling
Live class access information is delivered electronically via email and/or the Wix Members Area.
Classes are offered live and are not recorded.
Class schedules may occasionally change without prior notice. However, we aim to consistently provide three live classes on regularly scheduled class days whenever possible.
If a participant misses a class, refunds or credits will not be provided. Alternative class times may be available depending on scheduling.
In the event of coach illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, classes may be rescheduled according to the coach’s availability.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Facial Lifting and the Facial BioLift Method™, including but not limited to:

videos
-
exercises
-
techniques
-
workbooks
-
downloadable materials
-
branding
-
graphics
-
written content
-
logos
-
teaching methods
are the intellectual property of Facial Lifting and the Facial BioLift Method™ and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Participants may not:

record classes
-
reproduce materials
-
distribute content
-
teach the method
-
resell materials
-
share membership access
-
copy or modify program content
without prior written permission.
5. Website & Technical Access
Users are responsible for ensuring they have:

a stable internet connection
-
a compatible device and browser
-
Zoom access where required
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, technical failures, third-party platforms, or user device issues.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Facial Lifting and the Facial BioLift Method™ reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to memberships, classes, or services in cases of:

inappropriate behavior

harassment
-
misuse of materials
-
violation of these Terms & Conditions
-
disruptive conduct within classes or online spaces
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Facial Lifting and the Facial BioLift Method™ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in classes, use of this website, reliance on provided information, or inability to access services.
Participation is undertaken voluntarily and at the participant’s own risk.
8. Privacy
Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
