Memberships & Subscriptions
All memberships renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled by the member.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Live Classes & Digital Services
Due to the live and digital nature of the services provided, classes, memberships, and digital products are non-refundable.
Missed classes, unused memberships, or scheduling conflicts do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Coach Cancellations
If a class is cancelled due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances on the part of the coach, classes may be rescheduled according to availability.
Technical Issues
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device access.
Refunds will not be issued for interruptions caused by personal technical difficulties or third-party platform outages.
