Cancellation Policy

Payment and Membership Policy Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis. Your membership will renew each month unless cancelled before your next billing date. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us directly. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, but you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of the paid period. Cancellations and No-Show Policy We understand that schedules can change. There are no cancellation or no-show fees for missed classes. However, please note that missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled. To get the most from your Facial Lifting experience, we encourage consistency and regular participation. Unauthorized recording or distribution of any Facial Lifting content will result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund.
